Terms under which you may access and use JackHire. This policy applies to all visitors and registered users and supplements our terms of use.

- Act fraudulently or with unlawful intent;
- Harm or attempt to harm minors;
- Upload or reuse material that breaches our content standards below;
- Send unsolicited advertising, spam, or bulk promotional messages;
- Knowingly transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- Copy, resell, or scrape the site contrary to our terms;
- Access systems without authority or disrupt networks, software, or third-party equipment.
Interactive services
We may offer interactive features (such as messaging or forums). Where we do, we will indicate whether content is moderated and how. We are not obliged to monitor all interactions and are not liable for loss arising from misuse by others—whether moderated or not.
Parents or guardians permitting minors to use interactive features should discuss online safety. Where moderation is provided, contact details will be made available for concerns.
Content standards

- Impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation;
- Suggest they originate from us when they do not;
- Advocate or assist unlawful acts.
Enforcement
We decide, at our discretion, whether this policy has been breached. Actions may include:
- Immediate, temporary, or permanent suspension of access;
- Removal of uploaded material;
- Warnings, legal proceedings, or disclosure to law enforcement where appropriate.
We are not liable for steps taken in response to breaches. Other remedies remain available.
Changes
We may revise this policy by updating this page. Continued use of JackHire after changes constitutes acceptance. Some provisions may be superseded by notices published elsewhere on the site.
